Gem Windows and Doors

GEM installed our front door about ten years ago. This past summer the latch wore out and the door knob was free spinning. I tried to repair it myself but realized that I needed a new part. I called GEM, described the issue and sent in photos. They dropped off a replacement part free of charge the next day and I installed it myself in about ten minutes. I was surprised that they supplied and delivered the part free of charge and appreciated that they kept our data on file. I would recommend them to others.
