We replaced our front and back door. We experienced a long wait time. The service was slow, and expensive. We were happy with the finished products though. They had to come back a couple of times to do adjustments which they did wothout a problem.

We would like to point out that your sales rep advised you that your beautiful custom doors would be 6-8 weeks from date of measure , and this kink of wait is not out of the industry norm. We understand that people sometimes under estamate there time lines to complete there projects and order custom material late in the project, we are sorry you felt this way but we were within the prescribed time frame we gave you. Our doors are the most competitively priced in the market and we offer the highest level of quality and service. You also noted that we came back on serveral of your requests for adjustments without any problem, this reflects on our reliable service after service.
