Elite Concrete

When we decided to replace our aging cedar deck with a concrete patio, we were nervous at first about how it might turn out. Contacting Elite was the best decision we could make! Raffy and Marcello made sure we understood all steps of the project and gave us reference jobs to check out. We went ahead and the Elite crews were all pro - arrived when they said they would, did A-1 work and left a clean job site. Despite numerous rainy days Elite got the job done and our neighbors are envious. Top marks for a super company.

We found Elite Designed Concrete on Homestars and called Raffy for a quote. He visited and provided a reasonable cost for the stamped concrete. We hired Elite to build our project and they also arranged for our landscape design and installation as well as our new irrigation and lighting systems installation. Although the project was delayed due to rain this Spring, the end result was totally worth the wait. The concrete looks incredible. Marcelo was amazing. He was very patient with any questions we had and provided exemplary service. Elite's staff were always polite and very hardworking. We wish them continued success.

It has been over 4 years since our decorative concrete (driveway, stairs and porch) has been completed. Even though the original work is still in great condition we thought we should have it re-sealed to further protect and prolong the wonderful work. Of course we didn't consider calling anyone but Raffy from Elite Designed Concrete Inc. Raffy provided the quote and work order and within a few days it was all completed. Two coats of sealer and the work looks like it did the first day is was completed 4 years ago.

I have recently finished my backyard including creating patio, walkway, and laying new sod through this company. Raffy and Marcelo have been professional, attentive and pleasant to interact with. They have done a fantastic job with excellent workmanship. They even facilities finding appropriate people to install irrigation system and plant some trees. The final product is as we wanted it so we are thankful of their crew.

I used Elite Concrete for the second time to put in a stamped concrete patio in my backyard. The last install was 7 years ago and that patio still looks great, with no maintenance required.

The crew on this recent instal (a month ago - June 2013), did a great job. I was happy with the quality, and they also cleaned up the site after they finished.

When I had questions, they were very good at returning my calls and keeping me in the loop with progress.

As a frequent user of Homestars, I had researched the top 3 rated concrete design companies before selecting Elite. There was really no comparison to the high level of competence that Elite demonstrated in explaining their work, which is why we chose Elite. Some companies wouldn't want to take on a new client that has been burnt by a bad experience, so it says a lot that Elite was able to confidently take on our project.

We first contacted Elite to fix a large, ugly patch on our existing concrete driveway that had been separately poured to fix what was a poorly completed driveway to begin with. After Raffy explained that fixing only a portion of the driveway would not help us achieve the driveway appearance we desired, we made the decision to remove the entire driveway and design a new one. This was a significant investment as the driveway was only 2 years old and replacing it was very costly.

Raffy was invaluable from the start, he helped show us several properties so that we could envision the type of design we wanted. He changed our expectations of just correcting "a mistake" and turned it into an opportunity to beautify our home. When it came to the creation of the driveway, Marcelo's personal attention to every last detail ensured that the concrete was poured flawlessly and the color was consistent throughout. Striving for perfection is very obvious in what they do. But what was truly unexpected was the quality of Raffy and Marcel's team - Their customer focus and quality of work is incredible! Every interaction with Raffy & Marcelo's team was a positive one, they are very careful with every step of the process, and they even stopped the machinery when I had to leave the home or approach them with questions. No question was ever a dumb one and I felt very informed at all times on the driveway progress.

Given our previous experience, we certainly had our doubts of how the new driveway would look, but when we saw the finished result, it was incredible. The quality of the driveway is indescribable, I can see the difference in workmanship when I compare our driveway to others. We have very high expectations and are very specific about quality, and Elite really earned our respect with their work. There are certainly other concrete companies out there that offer a lower price, but when you see Elite's work, its obvious you get what you pay for. Our neighbours often stop to admire our driveway. Thank you Elite for the beautiful driveway, it has elevated our entire home and we love it!

Raffy, Marcelo and the Elite team did a fantastic job for us! Their entire team was A+ and we are beyond impressed with the quality of their product and customer service levels. In the fall, they created a gorgeous double driveway to our house, with walkways to the front and back doors, and finished our porch too and it looks stunning! It's so gorgeous our neighbours are still raving about it! I had originally been concerned about some comments that concrete can be slippery, but Elite uses a special formula and this was not an issue at all during any of the fall/winter/spring weather conditions. The decorative concrete really enhances and upgrades the overall look of our house - we're so happy we replaced the interlock! - and we strongly recommend Elite!
