I decided to have a decorative concrete walkway and stairs done at the front of my home as well as a decorative concrete patio and garden space put in the back. It looks spectacular! My experience with Elite Concrete was exceptional. Raffy and Marcello were professional, personable and knowledgeable right from the start. Throughout the process I continued to be impressed with the exceptional customer service, attention to detail, level of product knowledge and excellent craftsmanship and design. Excellent design suggestions were made that stayed within budget. Communication was open and friendly and any questions or concerns were answered promptly with customer satisfaction being a top priority. The crew left the job site clean and answered all questions professionally and respectfully. Despite the continuous rain this summer every effort was made to complete the job within a reasonable time. The property value of my home has surely increased and I continue to get compliments from friends and neighbours all the time! I had concrete work done by another contractor two years ago. It was very poorly done and was beginning to fall apart. I called the contractor several times to return and fix the problems to no avail. Finally, I decided to contact a proper contractor to provide me with guidance and a solution. I called Elite Designed Concrete and Raffy came to my house within a week. He showed me the faults in the original work and explained that the only permanent solution would be to remove and replace the poor work done by the previous contractor. I agreed to have Elite redo this work for me and I'm so glad I did. Marcelo came to my home to explain the process and timelines. Their staff started shortly after that. Elite's staff is very professional, informative and would answer all my questions. Raffy and Marcelo were always available to return calls and emails. The final finish is excellent and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Elite Designed Concrete and their wonderful team for any concrete work.

We had our driveway repaved this past August from asphalt to stamped concrete, and couldn't have asked for better contractors than Elite. We had asked them to complete the project before August 24th as we were hosting a bridal shower that day. Not only did the guys at Elite complete the project on time, but they also did so without having to sacrifice any quality. They were attentive to our questions and concerns, were quick to remedy any issues, and the crew was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about what they do. The entire process was extremely stress-free and professional. They were even thoughtful enough to reimburse our neighbors for a carwash after the concrete had layered dust over their cars. Needless to say, our neighbors were extremely thankful.

This was our second project with Elite Designed Concrete. We hired them last year to put in a large back patio and resurface our side patio. This year we hired them to resurface our front porch and steps, add a large landing with walkway and driveway curbs. We are very happy with the results.
We waited a few weeks due to all the rain we had this summer but it was worth it. The front of our house looks amazing! We've received several compliments from neighbours and even people just walking by!

We put an extension on our home for my disability needs approximately 400 square-foot wheelchair accessible room with fully functionable washroom. The people from Elite Designed concrete Inc. Were very professional in everything they did, from parking the truck to respect to my neighbours Homes and the workers bringing the cement into the backyard without making any mess at all. They're friendly, outgoing, caring, responsible attitudes were very impressive And they made me feel very comfortable. I would welcome any of them back to my home at any time.
