DO NOT BUY!!! It does not work. Customer Service is HORRIBLE . My children split their money to buy a Corrale hair iron directly from Dayson on December 9, 2022 to give as a Christmas present for their mother, on December 26 we notice that the hair iron does not work it turns on and goes off immediately, I contacted Dayson customer service immediately to report the problem, they told me to return the iron, they were going to send me a new one, I made a small point with a pen on the iron and I send it on December 27 two weeks later I supposedly receive another new hair iron ... FALSE it was the same hair iron with the pencil point that I had done and still with the same problem still that did not work Dayson has done nothing to fix the iron, after calling Dayson customer service again to explain the problem they tell me they are sorry it was probably a mistake so that I send the iron again and they will send me another 19 days after i receive the iron another color different from the one we had chosen my wife tries the iron and its does not straighten the hair we look at the iron and the pads do not touch there is a space between the pads the rubber around the plates came out again we contact Dayson customer service and I say the problem and that I no longer want their hair iron that I want a refund, Dayson replies by message that they cannot refund me and can no longer change my iron because the 30- day exchange and refund guarantee has expired they offer me a repair and can give me a $25 for the inconvenience (Really a Shame on Dayson) with the two returns Dayson took 34 days to return the product to me, I currently have a product at home that is of no use to the money wasted on Dayson. I sent a 10-day Consumer Protection Agency to Dayson who never replied to me. I am currently waiting to see a lawyer and I am trying to get in touch with a TV show here in Quebec so that the people learn more about this company which gives a very bad product and service.
