I highly recommend Drain Rescue. Matt is great, a clear communicator and helpful in scheduling the work with his team. Matt proved to be a straight-forward, helpful, trustworthy man who truly delivered great customer and an excellent quality of work. The plumbing work was a urgent need (replacement of collapsed sewer lines (in a 1890's townhouse) and Matt was super responsive to the urgent timeline of completing the work and his crew truly skilled at their jobs.

Frozen pipe burst. They came within a few hours of my call. Fixed and back in business same day. Knowledgeable friendly plumber! THX. He installed a frost free fitting and said I should not have the same issue

My sump pump was was not working and making strange noises (it was only three years old).
I was a nervous wreck that I would flood and started searching for a drain specialist.
I went with Drain Rescue because of the reviews.
Within 45 minutes Wayne was at my door, he took his time to explain and teach me how a sump pump worked (first time sump pump owner).
He was professional courteous and super neat and clean.
I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do I will definitely call Drain Rescue!

I used Drain Rescue to inspect the main drain from my house to the city line. The plumber showed up on time and had excellent equipment to do the job. I was able to look at a live colour video as the inspection camera surveyed the drain. The whole thing was quick, clean and gave me peace of mind that my 25 year old drains were OK.

I called on a Sunday morning. When confirming the request for a visit (Free Assessment) dispatch told me someone would be able to swing by within approx. 1/2 hour. It took even less than that (about 15min) for Peter to arrive. He did a fantastic, quick and professional job. Everyone works for the company directly so you will not have 3rd party contractors coming by. 100% reliable, transparent and professional. Excellent company.

Called the day before, they followed up and sent a technician the next day within the 2 hour window. Excellent service. I would recommend them as emergency service, they have knowledge and skills to fix plumbing problems.

Drain Rescue was ontime, on budget and completed the requested work with no issues. They were / are very professional leaving the work are in good shape once the work was completed. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will be using them again.

Randy took our call to arrange for service the same evening, and I found him very pleasant. Chris came and did a great job. He removed the old basket strainers from the double kitchen sink and replaced with new basket strainers. Didn't take very long and he was gone. Very pleasant too. A little pricey , but when you want a job done in a couple of hours, you pay extra.

Tech came in for quotation, booked repair next day. Service was great and finished within given time period. Friendly and efficient. We will recommend Drain Rescue to others and call back for any future work required.
