The extension hose from the tap broke and the line was split. The repairman took the old one off, went to the plumbing store and picked up the new part to replace the old one. The service was on time, and the repairman was great. Recommend this company.

Poorly designed drain pipe from laundry machine was was resulting in clogs after years with no issue. The price was reasonable but considering how thorough the technician was, i felt it was excellent value. He did not quit until he was satisfied the problem was solved which really stood out, I do not expect that from a typical service. Would recommend.

My kitchen sink was clogged and from the moment I decided to call a plumber, until Chris arrived, was less than half an hour.
Half an hour later everything was fixed, and cleaned, and I could finished the dinner.

Customer service was above expectation! The Plummer, Wayne was punctual, came within few hours of the call. His workmanship was notably over the top. Not only was his work done very well, he was also helpful as he explained what he was doing as he worked along, while I watched. Besides that he impressed me very much with his attention to being neat & taking care to clean up every drop of residue or water droplets as he worked, as well as being very conscious of not tracking up the floor. Truly a caring person. Added to this he came back to reinstall the laundry faucet which needed replacing as it was making a grinding sound when turned on. No charge for the installation of the new faucet. Sonia, & Olga at Drain Rescue went above & beyond to accommodate me to ensure I was happy with their service. They reduced my cost to compensate, were polite, considerate & understanding of my request. To Wayne, Olga and Sonia, a very grateful thank you. Yes, I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
