The technicians that Enercare sends out are always excellent but this one was the best. He is very knowledgeable, informative, friendly and personable. He went above and beyond. For example he demonstrated the procedure to flush the furnace pipe and labelled everywhere to remind us what to do at the appropriate time of the year.
He should be a mentor to new and inexperienced technicians.
