Worst billing and customer service
Since May, dealing with Enercare has been an unending nightmare. I canceled the heating protection and maintenance plans for my rental properties before the contracts were due for renewal, yet Enercare continued to charge me for additional months. Since then, I have made over 10 calls in an attempt to resolve these issues. Each call has been a deeply frustrating experience, as 95% of Enercare's agents have extremely poor English skills, making it nearly impossible for them to understand the problem or provide any meaningful assistance.
Even when a dispute case was finally created, the back office repeatedly closed it without resolution, citing inconsistent and often nonsensical reasons. This behavior is not only unprofessional but shows a complete disregard for their customers.
To make matters worse, when I called over the summer to renew a cooling protection plan, I was assured that it was processed. Yet, when I called last month to follow up, I was shocked to discover that the renewal was never completed.
Enercare's customer service and billing practices are utterly chaotic and unreliable. Enercares lack of accountability and their inability to resolve issues quickly and effectively is unacceptable. Their poor-quality customer service has caused me significant stress and frustration. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their services.
