i called in to cancel the water heater rental that came with the property i bought, the process was painful and was dragged out over multiple months which extended my rental by those months for an extra of approx. $160 in rental fees. The buy out for a 7 year old water heater was still $1153.
i understand their business model is setup to provide a service, but that's a service I'm not interested in, could they at least make it less painful to get out of !
