I was very impressed with the professionalism on the phone and in person. I really appreciated the amount of information I was given about what would be done and how. The dryer vent, humidifier, air condioning coil and furnace were all cleaned out. They use a tool to help remove any debris and high psi pressure on both ends. They also use an all natural disinfectant when they are finished. They do not limit the number of ducts they do-they actually do them all regardless of how many you have. He told me exactly what he found (ie cement in the ducts from when we had our floors done which the previous duct cleaning company did not remove or tell me about). This apparently lasts for 3-5 years which I did not know and was glad to hear. This also makes the price worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. I think this is the first review I have ever written so it tells you how pleased I am.

I recently had Dial One clean my ducts and furnace. We recently built a new home and the drywall dust and other debris was heavy. Joe explained everything over the phone in a very professional manner and Wil onsite was truly fabulous. He was courteous (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), efficient and engaging. He took the time to explain the procedure/work and involved me in viewing for myself the state of the ducts and to view progress as it went along. He also offered several tips and advice on how to maintain good air quality and clean ducts and furnace. He stayed until everything was properly completed and didn't cut any corners whatsoever. A truly pleasurable service experience, I'd highly recommend Dial One.

Dial One duct cleaning was very efficient as they responded to my call and had a technician at my house all within 48 hours. Will showed up on time and was very efficient and informative in regards to the current state of my duct system. He spent the time to ensure the job was completed to my standard, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a duct cleaning!

He reviewed his services in detail with absolutely no pressure. He was very accomodating to my schedule and we booked an appointment within a couple of days. Wil, the technician, came to my home, on time, with such professionalism and great customer service. He walked me through everything he would be doing. His work was impecabble. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. He gave me tips on how to save money by sealing my ducts with tape. To my surprise he taped them up for me! Last week I called Dial One duct cleaning to inquire about having my ducts and furnace cleaned. I spoke to Joe who was very polite and informative and assured me that the work would be done properly and on time. Sure enough Wil was at my door, on time, and prepared. He was polite, even took his shoes off and explained to me everything that was going to be done, step by step. The job took about an hour and twenty minutes, Wil did a fantastic job as now am already breathing better as I suffer from severe allergies to dust.
