Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning

I was very impressed with the professionalism on the phone and in person. I really appreciated the amount of information I was given about what would be done and how. The dryer vent, humidifier, air condioning coil and furnace were all cleaned out. They use a tool to help remove any debris and high psi pressure on both ends. They also use an all natural disinfectant when they are finished. They do not limit the number of ducts they do-they actually do them all regardless of how many you have. He told me exactly what he found (ie cement in the ducts from when we had our floors done which the previous duct cleaning company did not remove or tell me about). This apparently lasts for 3-5 years which I did not know and was glad to hear. This also makes the price worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. I think this is the first review I have ever written so it tells you how pleased I am.
