Last week I called Dial One duct cleaning to inquire about having my ducts and furnace cleaned. I spoke to Joe who was very polite and informative and assured me that the work would be done properly and on time. Sure enough Wil was at my door, on time, and prepared. He was polite, even took his shoes off and explained to me everything that was going to be done, step by step. The job took about an hour and twenty minutes, Wil did a fantastic job as now am already breathing better as I suffer from severe allergies to dust. Thank you Wil, and Joe for the excellent work, I will indeed recommend Dial One to all my friends and family. Great Job guys!
