Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning

I used dial one professional duct cleaning to clean my ducts in my new house because they did such a great job when I used them 3 years ago in my other house. Will was the service guy who explained everything and kept my home is perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company for any of your duct cleaning needs as they are professional, timely and fair with their pricing.

I called Dial One to inquire about expedited service as we had a new baby coming into the home within 48 hours. Dial One was able to provide next day service! Will came to the house and spent 2-3 hours cleaning my ducts and air vents. He was happy to walk me through the process and spent time explaining each step. Tough to really know how clean the ducts are but Will certainly spent the time and followed a similar process to other duct cleaners I have used in the past. Overall, very happy with the service.

Mr. Will showed up in the time framing provided and he did an outstanding job. First, he introduced me all the steps that he was about to work on and after he started his work in a very professional manner. All the ducts have been thoroughly cleaned, the dryer vent and the HVAC and at the end he disinfected the whole duct system. There was an HVAC plug that wasn't working since we bought the house, but he managed to make it work and I'm very, very happy about it. He did a flawless job. I've already recommended them to a bunch of my friends and family. I will definitely use their service in the future.

The technical arrived on time. He was very professional and explained the cleaning process to us. And the work is excellent done. Now we can feel the fresh in the house :). I highly recommend the service to others.

Dial One covered and cleaned all hot forced air vents that had not been cleaned in 10+ years. Also analyzed vents for leakage and provided a report. The work also included cleaning out 1 dryer vent. I paid additional $100 for a 2nd dryer vent. One is vented to outside from basement; 2nd is vented through attic gable. Both more difficult to access than most. Overall very qality service and we could not be happier that we went with them.

I called Dial One for inquiry but no one picked up. Joe called me back within 10 minutes and answered my all my questions and made me comfortable to book an appointment. Will came back exactly on time as promised by Joe. Will explained the whole process and if something came up he would ask me before he proceeded with the work. Great service overall. Job was finished on time so I just went to work a bit early. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and to whoever reading this.
