An outstanding job. I have used several duct cleaning services in the past, but I have never seen the work done as thoroughly and professionally. Not only did I need my ducts cleaned, but I need to have a dead animal (which turned out to be a mouse) removed from the duct system. Wil and Reg, who did the work in my home, did a tremendous job of solving this problem. They were professional, courteous, and they did an excellent job of explaining the work they would be doing. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Worth every penny let me tell ya. I was told by many to make sure you get a before and after photo, but Reggie our reprsentitive asked me to come to the basement so he could show me exactly the process and work he does and on top of that took before and after pictures of the ducts itself. Very happy with these guys and will recommend them to family and friends.

We recently moved into a new house which as renovated. The previous builder informed us that the ducts had been blown but the filer in the furnace was filled with dust. We also had some serious airflow issues between the front and the back of the house.

The DialOne team had come in and cleaned our ducts confirming what we had suspected - loads of construction debris was left behind. They also identified a broken baffle in the basement which was throwing off all of the air heading to the second story.

We're really pleased with their services. This is the second time we're using them as we also used them in our old house.
