I saw no examples of lack of quality regarding workmanship when at this clients house and the client never brought up the issue when I and my installers were there the last time when replacing a window previously installed.
If any client could attest to my willingness to spare no expense in regards to taking care of an issue it would be this client as I replaced his largest window at my suggestion to a completely different style of window worth probably twice as much as the original and probably worth at least double what the original profit on the job would have been. He doesn't mention this.
Our last conversations involved a back and forth regarding condensation for which there is no warranty no matter how good any window is in extreme cold or with high moisture in the home but it wouldn't have mattered what I said this client would never have accepted any explanation regardless of its truthfulness
This client has my cell # and can feel free to call anytime but also has the supplier phone # should he have any manufacturers issue.
At no point did I ever suggest that I would not be prepared to do whatever it took to make him happy regardless of expense to our company

I have no idea who this could possibly be and our company has installed over 1 million feet of eavestrough and I'm not currently aware of a single leak other than that caused by shingles too long or too short for which there is no warranty
Should a job be done like what the above person has suggested the entire job would be torn down and redone in its entirety

This review is grossly unfair
I dealt with this client 3 times in total and did multiple extras just because I chose to
I did windows originally without incident
I did doors on the second contract and although the client suggests there was an issue I can only assume it was addressed either by my installer, service technician, or supplier She never raised any issue with me the 3rd time she called me back to finish the windows so I'm surprised that she mentions there being an issue in the above review.
The 3rd contract involved me finishing the windows in the home
She asked for special terms which I gave her
I finished the job and probably never asked for any kind of payment for at least 30 days after job was done
She mentioned she had a couple of marks on the inside of the windows.
I suggested (not her) that she hold back 15% of the balance until we could agree on a time for me to come by and take a look at the issue
I went by one evening and felt I did a thorough job cleaning up the marks on the jamb extensions which are vinyl in this case (NOT on the windows themselves)
I had a good conversation with her husband as I was leaving and explained that if there was a further issue I would be happy to change the jamb extensions (NOT the windows). The client suggests I would have needed to replace the windows which is simply not true.
I never heard back from the client and assumed (wrongly) that everything was fine and my office put thru the remainder of the balance on the credit card.
I received a nasty text maybe a month later (we had never had an exchange of harsh words or texts before NEVER) so I was extremely surprised.
I sent a text back reiterating the quality of my product and installation but stated in my text that I "would do anything necessary to make her happy". This text is still on my phone today.
I never heard back from her until reading this review

This review is grossly inaccurate and simply NOT true and I have never ever spoken with the author of the above review
We are NOT a roofing company
We do NOT purchase shingles
We do NOT subcontract roofing
We NEVER did roofing at the above mentioned condo corporation
If the condo corporation is Windwood drive in Mississauga we did do all the siding , soffit , fascia , and eavestroughing and I'm not aware of ever having had any service at the above complex.
We did coordinate with the roofing contractor as our installations followed each townhouse block as roofing portions were completed.
The author of the above review can certainly feel free to call me and I will be happy to remind him or her of who the roofing company is but they were the purchaser and any warranty claim would have had to go thru them as they were the purchaser of the shingles.
We do not advertise roofing nor would we ever suggest we install roofing. We do however refer roofing companies that we consider reliable.
