We had our windows and sliding door installed by Davids company. One window was not square. The cranks on all windows were prematurely wearing down.(metal shavings were coming out). David said these were the best you could get. He said they would be replaced but even after years nothing has happened. There is moisture build up on the bottom on all the windows he installed. His response was there is to much humidity in your house. But my sliding door(new), basement window(old) and my windows on my front door(old). Have no moisture build up at the same time. Now we have noticed a draft coming from under one of our windows(another install issue). Once again David said he would get someone to come and fix. But, still nothing. If you want a company to install windows quickly this is your company. Be careful of the quality of work and if you have any issues he will not support you as a valued customer.

I saw no examples of lack of quality regarding workmanship when at this clients house and the client never brought up the issue when I and my installers were there the last time when replacing a window previously installed.
If any client could attest to my willingness to spare no expense in regards to taking care of an issue it would be this client as I replaced his largest window at my suggestion to a completely different style of window worth probably twice as much as the original and probably worth at least double what the original profit on the job would have been. He doesn't mention this.
Our last conversations involved a back and forth regarding condensation for which there is no warranty no matter how good any window is in extreme cold or with high moisture in the home but it wouldn't have mattered what I said this client would never have accepted any explanation regardless of its truthfulness
This client has my cell # and can feel free to call anytime but also has the supplier phone # should he have any manufacturers issue.
At no point did I ever suggest that I would not be prepared to do whatever it took to make him happy regardless of expense to our company
