We were referred by our contractor to the Cozy World inc to replace old AC ,which stopped working in extremely hot weather.
We got several estimation from companies,but decided "to go" with Boris, the owner , as he was very accommodating in terms of time frame work to be done and made very useful suggestions
during first appointment to improve ventillation and air flow.
Price was a litle higher than other companies,but he promised
and delivered very high quality of work.End result is amazing,
we don't have any regrets. Boris always responded to our calls and emails, was very personal and friendly. There was no need to talk to clerk and leave messages! Fred , the technician, was very respectful of our property, and left the place clean. He explained all the steps and work to be done ahead of time.Boris came by to make sure that every thing is ok.
