We were referred by our contractor to the Cozy World inc to replace old AC ,which stopped working in extremely hot weather. We got several estimation from companies,but decided "to go" with Boris, the owner , as he was very accommodating in terms of time frame work to be done and made very useful suggestions during first appointment to improve ventillation and air flow. Price was a litle higher than other companies,but he promised and delivered very high quality of work.End result is amazing, we don't have any regrets. Boris always responded to our calls and emails, was very personal and friendly. There was no need to talk to clerk and leave messages! Fred , the technician, was very respectful of our property, and left the place clean. He explained all the steps and work to be done ahead of time.Boris came by to make sure that every thing is ok. Thank you again Boris and Fred!

I hired Paul for the second time to do duct cleaning after extensive renovation. Last duct cleaning was done 4y ago by the company. Again, they did amazing job!!! First, they called day before to confirm the appointment. Paul and his assistant arrived 15m before the appointment and explained procedure. They put "protecting materials" in the corners and wall to avoid scratches and damages to the walls and work very carefully around the house. After finishing duct cleaning, Paul also did dryer without "extra" paying, calling it customer service. I also had a problem with kitchen exhaust not working properly. Even though it's not his domain, he promised to comeback with necessary equipment and find the problem. Thank you Paul!!!!!

I contacted Accu-Star Environmental Inc after looking at reviews posted at HomeStars to remove mold in bathroom /basement area. I was amazed by customer service through all the process .Nev was able to schedule appointment at the same day I called, addressed all my concerns and took his time to explain work involved. I received estimation in 2 days and work was done next day. Steve came on time with his partner, made sure that work was done in safe manner and left place tidy .Through all process, Steve kept me updated and asked for my consent to remove parts of drywall and bar next to bathroom . It's great feeling to know that there are amazing contractors out there , not only on TV shows. Thank you guys!
