Coit Carpet & Drapery Cleaners

Had a pet stain on white wool carpet..First try with Coit, the stain didn't come out. Called and talked to the stain tech, they picked up the carpet again and aggressively worked on it. It came out.We would use Coit again.

I have used Coit for Many 20 year roughly. The previous work included drapes, carpets etc. in house and was typically well done. In 2014 I had them take a large handmade cotton looped and braided carpet. The dog had peed on this carpet and we had cleaned it with home cleaners. I decided to do it with Coit professionally so as to preserve this special rug properly. In small print they said no guarantee to remove pet odour or stain. Spent the money kept it rolled up in the bag and stored. Upon opening it a year later, the dog utine was so strong and concentrated in the rug and plastic bag! I was not told I should remove it. I had another rug units place and ready to switch it out. I'll never use Coit again! They offered me a $50 coupon toward service! Sorry that was it guard teed they said. So if you want your rugs clean don't use Coit!!

INCONSISTENT is the word to describe their performance. In 2014, two women came to clean our carpet which was in a terrible state, but they did a very good job and I only paid $165. But recently, a man came to clean our carpet and charged as $198 for carpet that wasn't bad compared to in 2014. And the job he's done wasn't good enough to those two women. I felt so ripped off by COIT, and I want to spread the wor around. Don't be fooled by their false advertisement.

Very impressed with Coit. The technician "Guiver" arrived on time and he was very pleasant & professional. He used foam blocks under the furniture and was able to eliminate stains, including paint that I thought would be there forever. I had the Scotch Guard treatment applied.

Cost came to clean our carpets. We usually get this done in the winter to save on costs. They were not the cheapest, and not the most thorough, but provided an acceptable service. Technician did not move any furniture or put foam blocks underneath - I had to do that. Carpets were cleaned well, but service not the greatest.

The man who came to pick up the carpet was late, made me help him roll and carry the 8x10 rug. When it was delivered back, again they were late and he was polite, but when he opened the rug, it didn't even look like it had been cleaned. I took a green machine over two spots and got back brown water. Hum!

Worse company ever, cant keep their schedules, ruined our family day. I am so frustrated with their poor service. The technician machine broke in middle of the work. He had to use his portable machine which used lots of electricity and blown the fuse electricity couple of times. AWFUL, AWFUL experience, will NEVER EVER use their service again.

Coit is great! They were friendly on the phone and came over the next day. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned the carpets in the bedrooms on all three floors which is a lot of work when there is play doh stuck in the carpets. The price was good and I was left satisfied.

I was very impressed with the service I received from COIT. They were able to give me an estimate on the same day that I called. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Today COIT came to clean my carpets. The cleaning technicians were very punctual and polite. They were very careful when they moved the furniture around the room. They did a good job today- my carpet looks and smells clean again.
