We were concerned about the whole Home Inspection process as this was our first house, and we were unsure of who to go to. I found Brent on Homestars, it turned out our realtor also had used him before and had good things to say about him and his sevice. So we decided to go with him, and we were extremely happy with his service. He took the time explain all the work that needed to be done, and he was able to also point out some faulty electrical work that was done that enabled us to go back to negotiate a better deal on our house. I have already recommended Brent and Classic Home to our friends.

Brent is probably one of the most thorough home inspectors around. He went through the house in much detail, and was willing to explain things to us throughout the entire inspection. He answered all our questions objectively and made practical suggestions to improve on any of the house's shortcomings. We highly recommend Brent --- it is no wonder that Classic Home Inspections gets the rave reviews it gets!

We had conditionally bought an older bungalow and i had found brent on homestars, he was able to come out the next day. When he arrived he started by touring around the outside of the house and foubd some minor issues but things that are easy fixes. He did an extremely thurough inspection. When finding issues, he explained the serioussness of them and in the end outlined what has to be done now vs something that can be taken care of later on. He made both my wife and myself feel very comfortable about purchasing our new house. We would recomend him to any of our friends looking to buy.

I was looking for an honest opinion on our house before we renovate or put it on the market. I shopped around and asked for quotes from different home inspectors, some of the 'best rated' were ridiculously overpriced and asked for extra money to perform services they considered 'additional'. Brent provided a full inspection and his pricing was very reasonable. He's VERY helpful, and very informative. He will take the time to sit with you and address any concerns you might have. When I purchase a home, I'll be calling him again. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a good home inspector.

Love these guys! They're not what you would expect. They're super friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. It felt like Mike Holmes was performing my home inspection, except Brent and Elie are better! Plus their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely call them again!

We were going into a bidding war and wanted the reassurance of a home inspection given the current owners decided against one. Brent was the first company I called given the reviews on here. He had a cancellation and was able to come the next morning! Brent arrived on time and was incredibly thorough. He took his time going through everything and at the end, sat down and walked me through his findings. He provided a well-organized binder with his notes and additional information for homeowners and also emailed me access to over 65 photos he took of the property. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd home inspection that Brent did for us. His first very fair review saved us from making a costly mistake in purchase.

As usual his inspection was very thorough and he is honest but very fair. He will not say 'Do/don't buy this house.' Instead, he will tell you the issues he sees and let you make the educated decision on your own on what you'd like to do.

One fantastic thing about Brent is that you can email him any time and he will get back to you. 2 1/2 months after our inspection and before our closing I took some pictures and emailed them to Brent and he promptly answered and gave great insight. I'm sure I can email him in a year and he'd still respond and still welcome questions.

Brent was professional and personable as he assisted us in the inspection of a 24 year old home. He was detailed and thorough in ensuring that everything was checked out - even the pool in the middle of winter! He took plenty of pictures to support his report and we would gladly use him again and refer him to our friends and family.
