Brent has inspected 3 homes for us now - I honestly wouldn't use anyone else. Brent is 1000% friendly and genuine. He is extremely detail oriented and will check every aspect of the house and send you pictures. Foundation, every window, every door, every tap, smoke detectors, appliances, light bulbs, air conditioner serial number, furnace, electrical panel, copper vs. silver wiring, roof shingles, roof sheeting.... he does everything on every inspection. He also charges reasonable rates and is professional in the sense that he will not tell you NOT to buy a home. He will give you his assessment of the property, what needs to be repaired, their longevity (etc) and then will leave the decision to you to evaluate. I think this is a class move. Thanks, Brent.

This is the 2nd home inspection that Brent did for us. His first very fair review saved us from making a costly mistake in purchase. As usual his inspection was very thorough and he is honest but very fair. He will not say 'Do/don't buy this house.' Instead, he will tell you the issues he sees and let you make the educated decision on your own on what you'd like to do. One fantastic thing about Brent is that you can email him any time and he will get back to you. 2 1/2 months after our inspection and before our closing I took some pictures and emailed them to Brent and he promptly answered and gave great insight. I'm sure I can email him in a year and he'd still respond and still welcome questions. Highly recommend and so far his inspection has been accurate. Thanks again, Brent!

I found this company at the Home Show a few years ago. I needed air conditioning in my new home and after meeting many companies and talking to their sales reps, High Life seemed really good. I was a bit worried: their price seemed too good to be true for a Carrier high efficiency 1.5 ton unit that was 13 Seer (really good at the time) w/ the original coil. They installed and did a very clean and meticulous job. Everything was as they said it was and they were helpful, polite, professional.... it is about 5 years later and the unit still works like a charm without a problem in mechanical or installation. Definitely recommend.

I called around for a few quotes and found AMJ to be the cheapest. I went with one of their advertised local moving packages (3 movers for 4h). Honestly, I wasn't dissapointed at all. The 3 guys were SO nice, helpful, and went the extra mile. They put runners and carpets down, wrapped anything they needed to very quickly, moved things exactly to where I wanted them to, didn't break anything or mishandle anything... I found them to actually be very thoughtful and respective of my items. Everything was done on time and on budget. There wasn't any nonsense like holding items 'hostage' in the truck for extra money or additional fees... I would use them again for sure.

Brent is awesome. He is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. His very 'no nonsense' approach when it comes to his work was appreciated and was extremely thorough and he ended up pointing out some issues that were major concerns for us. He is non-biased and fair to both selling and buying parties so you know that his opinions are honest. I also like that he has one flat rate that he charges. There aren't any add ons for any other services like most other inspectors. You pay $X and he does his work. I would certainly use Brent again in the future.
