I got a Home Inspection done with Brent back in July but didn't want to write a comment until I made sure everything was perfect. He did an amazing job. He wasn't afraid to get dirty and he checked everything thoroughly. I had a few questions after the home inspection and I called him and he answered all my questions.

Being first time home buyers, having a knowledgeable and rational professional by your side is essential to keeping you calm and focused. Brent was that professional.

He gave us a very thorough home inspection and left no stone unturned. In addition to showing us the issues he also gave us tips for doing some work ourselves and how by doing some minor fixes around the outside of our home we could prevent water damage and not need to hire a pro who could come in and want to tear up the whole outside. His advice was sound and realistic.

When it came to the bigger issues, he said not to panic and that they could be dealt with. It was very rational advice.

We couldn't be happier with Brent and his service. If you are thinking of purchasing any property I implore you to hire Brent and get his advice. You wont be sorry.

Brent did an inspection before we purchased our home. I agree with the other reviews entirely. He was professional, punctual, and wasn't afraid to get dirty! Very thorough and took the time to explain his assessment - didn't feel rushed and no stupid questions. I'd recommend him for sure!

Brent did a pre-purchase home inspection for us. He was very professional, Punctual, and friendly and checked everything from top to bottom. He even mentioned some issues we did not ask and he just brought them up to make sure that we understood everything.

Brent was amazing at educating my fiancee and I who were first time home buyers. He was very thorough and in February under heavy snow and ice conditions spent a great deal of time on the outside of the house making sure everything was in order. Inside he looked at every nook and cranny making sure all the bases were covered.

Brent answered every question and gave us numerous tips on house maintenance and his written report with photo's was very thorough.

I'd recommend Brent to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous home inspector....and in fact I did recommend him to my real estate agent who concurred with my opinion of Brent.

P.S. Brent is more reasonably priced than others....and he doesn't up-charge or nickel and dime you.

Brent is such a great home inspector. Very punctual, patient, and thorough. Answered all my questions and also gave me advises on how to negotiate a better price with the seller base on things we found from inspection. Definitely made me feel my money is well spent. I would recommend Brent to anyone who needs a home inspection. By the way, he charges about $100 less than other companies which is a big plus.
