We recently moved into our first home and had a small issue with our A/C (back in September when it was still warm). The HVAC guy we had come fix the issue brought to our attention that our Furnace was not wired properly and we would need an electrician to fix it, so we called Solutions Electric. Tony came by within a few days of us contacting Solutions to assess the issue. He not only knew right away what the issue was but just by looking around found some other issues which our Home Inspector did not (he came highly recommended on HomeStars, but that is another story). Kind of wish we had Tony do our inspection. Long story short, we had Solutions come and do some of the work, some of it has to wait as we don't have the funds to do everything. They did an amazing job. They were on time, very courteous and professional. BIG thanks to Joe B, Joel and David for the amazing work. My wife and I really appreciate it.

I called Sam based on other great reviews here on homestars and I am happy to say they were all right on the money. Sam was so good that our washer leak stopped as soon as he showed up. He figured the leak was maybe due to the filter cap not being fully locked as he stayed for almost an hour and there was no leak. He only charged me $50 and was probably worth twice as much. I know Ill be calling Sam the next time I have an appliance issue and so should you.

I had called after 6 and the service agent had technician call me back in 30min! Wow! His name was Nemo and he was GREAT! Helped me out over the phone and once we concluded the issue need further investigation he set had the office setup an appointment for the very next day. The next Ryan showed up at my door promptly right at 3pm as was the scheduled time. He was AMAZING! Quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue and gave us some helpful advice. Atlas really does live up to its outstanding customer service reputation. Not only do you get great service but also peace of mind knowing the work is being done by honest and reputable individuals.

Being first time home buyers, having a knowledgeable and rational professional by your side is essential to keeping you calm and focused. Brent was that professional. He gave us a very thorough home inspection and left no stone unturned. In addition to showing us the issues he also gave us tips for doing some work ourselves and how by doing some minor fixes around the outside of our home we could prevent water damage and not need to hire a pro who could come in and want to tear up the whole outside. His advice was sound and realistic. When it came to the bigger issues, he said not to panic and that they could be dealt with. It was very rational advice. We couldn't be happier with Brent and his service. If you are thinking of purchasing any property I implore you to hire Brent and get his advice. You wont be sorry.
