Steve and Matt from the Duct Cleaning Specialists came out to my home a few months back to perform cleaning after a minor reno. I had dust everywhere and explained to Steve my problem and what I hoped he would be able to solve. He and his co-worker diligently worked on cleaning my ducts, furnace, blower, washer/dryer for a few hours. He was able to source the root of the problem (blower motor was caked in dust) and cleaned everything nicely and explained to me that I shouldn't experience any more problems for a number of years. The before and after photo's really helped to understand how bad the problem was. I truly recommend Steve as his level of customer service, and willingness to educate me with all of the nuances was really over and above (in my mind)

Brent was amazing at educating my fiancee and I who were first time home buyers. He was very thorough and in February under heavy snow and ice conditions spent a great deal of time on the outside of the house making sure everything was in order. Inside he looked at every nook and cranny making sure all the bases were covered. Brent answered every question and gave us numerous tips on house maintenance and his written report with photo's was very thorough. I'd recommend Brent to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous home inspector....and in fact I did recommend him to my real estate agent who concurred with my opinion of Brent. P.S. Brent is more reasonably priced than others....and he doesn't up-charge or nickel and dime you.
