This is a great review and I must thank you for this! When my grandfather started the company, he was building our company name and reputation. My father took over many years later with the same drive and professionalism. I worked with my dad for many years and all three of us would sit together and discuss the roofing industry... my grandfather would express how starting a business in 1953 was a challenge o it's own and honesty was his best policy! This truly resonated with me and it is my strongest value knowing that honesty drives a successful business! This value/ ethic has taken us to this point and many years to come. When we have staff meetings and training seminars at the shop, I stress to everyone that honesty is truly our best policy!
