They didnt inspect our furnace humidifier and when it dried out later, they called and said that wasn't included but that the inspector should have asked to check it. how am i supposed to know to ask for that? as well, we got a quote for a new hot water tank around $2500 and a 7 day wait and it ended up costing around $800 and 1 day wait

We have subscribed to a biannual maintenance plan and the service is excellent! You get reminders of when to call in for the next appointment. The filters will get changed and everything gets checked. Eric is super friendly and comes within the time window. He's also honest and doesn't suggest things that do not need to fixed/replaced. The plan is a very reasonable price and you don't need to worry about having to schedule the maintenance - everything is taken care of!

The technician that came and was very helpful. He explained a lot about things that we can do ourselves in terms of how to keep the heat in and how to upkeep our humidifier. He was very knowledgeable. The remote they installed was modern and easy to use. It wasn't a old unit type that you would see in a 20 year old home. We also asked how to install a Nest unit ourselves and he was helpful enough to explain it to us.
The cost was fair although you need to call ahead with your credit card information to purchase the unit but the labour is paid after the service is performed. From the time you call in to purchase your unit to the technician coming, it's about a week turn around which isn't that considering it's the height of fall home maintenance.

I have used this HVAC company many times over the years for my various properties. The lady on the phone who handles the calls is very organized. They are prompt to service when called.

My contractor suggested that I use this company as they are experts in hydronics. It all went well. The costs were competitive with others, I am very happy with the work they did.

I have used this company many times over the past few years, furnace installation and the annual maintenance, etc. This last time the technician was 2 hrs late arriving, He called 90 minutes into the wait to say he was running late and arrived 30 minutes later. I had rearranged my day to accommodate this job to be done, now everything was off schedule. To top it off, I think he was hungover. The job took way longer than usual, almost 2 yrs to be done. I am not too concerned about the quality, it seems fine, but the amount of time involved for the whole process was not acceptable. Up to this point I have always been happy with their work.

Annual start-up of our air conditioning system, a SpacePak attic system, was done thoroughly by Andrew. Installed 2 years ago and fixed by Cedarwood within the year's warranty last year. Thanks for the great service as always. See you in the fall for the A/C shutdown.

After the flood, Cedarwood came in within 24 hrs to replace it (no more renting!). We have dealt with them for 8.5 yrs with our furnace. Always professional, helpful. Clean up well. Love them!
