We're very happy with Dave's work. They did some major renovations to our 100 year old house and it all turned out beautifully. They stayed on budget and completed the work very efficiently and always left a tidy work space. All the rooms that weren't part of the renovations were sealed off to control the dust.

The renovations his team did included moving a kitchen to a different room (including moving all the plumbing and electrical, new hardwood floors, cabinets, countertops, etc), created an office space with built in drawers and cabinets, renovated a basement bathroom and main floor bathroom with new floors, tiles, and fixtures, and creating a new bathroom upstairs (including moving all the plumbing upstairs). His team also bumped out a bedroom wall to gain a bit more space because the ceilings were slanted.

Dave took our 60 year old 950 square foot home, levelled it, and rebuilt us a beautiful 1750 sq ft home still using the original foundation. Dave did not deviate from the contract unless we asked him to. We have 0 complaints and receive nothing but compliments. I would highly recommend Dave and Castleguard homes. We changed our mind on the design multiple times and Dave was extremely patient until we had what we wanted. All the contractors and suppliers that Dave suggested we work with were excellent. For such a large project Dave made it quite painless. Also to note we moved back in the house right on plan, no delays. We have been in for almost 3 months and still have no complaints. Thanks Dave it was a pleasure working with you , the house is awesome and I will recommend you to anyone looking to build or renovate.

Dave and his crew took a very ugly old bathroom from the dark ages right into a little piece of heaven. The bathroom was gutted, including new walls, floor, updated linen closet, and custom vanity and cupboards with space to spare. I would never have dreamed I'd have that much storage in that tiny bathroom. Even the window was changed and a space heater put in for cold winter mornings in our older home. The tiles in the tub surround were so professionally done that they just make the bathroom. If the price seems a little high it's our fault. We chose upgraded fixtures b/c we didn't want to cheapen down this beautiful room. Dave's original estimate was very reasonable. We are 100% satisfied.
