Dave took our 60 year old 950 square foot home, levelled it, and rebuilt us a beautiful 1750 sq ft home still using the original foundation. Dave did not deviate from the contract unless we asked him to. We have 0 complaints and receive nothing but compliments. I would highly recommend Dave and Castleguard homes. We changed our mind on the design multiple times and Dave was extremely patient until we had what we wanted. All the contractors and suppliers that Dave suggested we work with were excellent. For such a large project Dave made it quite painless. Also to note we moved back in the house right on plan, no delays. We have been in for almost 3 months and still have no complaints.
