Three years ago I had a problem with my water tank and there was water everywhere in my basement. So naturally I called Enbridge in a panic but was told they are unable to do the service, considering my Water Tank is owned and not a rental. However, after a while they agreed to do the service but sadly the cost was beyond excessive. Nevertheless I agreed but kept thinking about the cost. So decided to go on line and search for another company and thank God, I found Carey Heating and Air Conditioner so I called and spoke to a really nice lady by the name of Marge. After I gave her the details she told me that someone will call and let me know what time they will be there. Shortly there after, Mr. Carey called and said he will be there and gave me the time. To be honest I was surprised by his punctuality. I cannot begin to say how very much I appreciate the work this company does and Suffice to say I have been using them for three years now for my AC and Furnace not to mention I have been telling everyone about them that is how much I trust them. We've been a customer of Carey Heating & A/C for many years, have several locations that they service and seldom require service apart from regular maintenance on both the heating & a/c units. When we have required service, it's always quick, affordable and you can be absolutely confident that they will not replace anything that doesn't really need to. We're very fortunate to have found them and recommend them every chance we get!

Summer of 2009. Very hot week in July! Air conditioning decides to go on the fritz! In a pinch we did a search online for a local reapir company. Carey Heating and Air Conditioning was just up the road. A serviceperson came and looked at the unit. As it turns out, a 20-year-old capacitor had blown and needed replacement. When all was said and done, the bill was just under $300 and that was a small price to pay for a cool comfortable summer!

There was a gas leak in my house. Carey came over right away, first thing next morning. In two hours, all the pipes that needed to be replaced were replaced without any unnecessary work. Everything was well inspected in the end. Work was done complete, without error or delay, and was extremely affordable - especially for those on a fixed budget. Will reccomend Carey to anyone and will definetley be a returning customer (hopefully not for the same reason).

My fiancee and I were first-time homeowners and knew that we were getting a house with a 28-year old furnace that would need to be replaced. We had Pat from Carey Heating in to do an estimate in late fall 2007. Funds then ran kind of tight as we were nearing our wedding date in summer of 2008. Once the wedding was over and done with, we called Pat a couple months later and asked him if he could still do the job. Not only did he, but he also honoured the original quote! The installation went fine and only took about 5 hours to complete. We will be using Carey Heating again in the spring to add central air conditioning, as all of the prep work was done during the furnace installation.

I got home from afternoon shift last night at about midnight. The furnace was not working and nothing I tried got it going. I called Carey Heating and Pat came right over and got the furnace working for me. I had heat by 12:45. Saved me a night of freezing temperatures and frozen water pipes. Thank you Pat!

The serice man was on time and so curteous. He even interacted with our cats. At the time we were also having a plumbing problem and he looked at that too (he used to be a plumber) . Our furnace is outputting so much more air now.
I will use them again. They came quickly andthe price was less than others I got quotes from.
