Robert and assistant were not very profesional, they did a lousy job. By moving the furniture they broke my console and are not willing to pay for repair. EMPTY PROMISES, NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Would not recommend.

We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. We have been in business since 1998 and this is the first time we have received such feed-back ever, as you can see from our previous 250 plus reviews just in the last couple of seasons.
Rob is very professional as is our long term employee that was with him.
Rob has advised me that he has been trying to work something out to rectify this situation to your satisfaction but with no success to date.
From my conversation with you yesterday I realize this has upset you as you were mad with the fact that when I received your call I did so from outside the office.
I understand this morning Rob was in touch with you and provided you with a name of an individual as we would like a second opinion on the cost to repair the unit in question. Accidents can happen and I believe this is a reasonable request so we can try resolve this.Capps is a family business noted for our trustworthiness and honesty and professionalism. Me being the eldest member of this family I am personally upset that you would think of us to be as your review suggests.
