During an extremely cold Saturday in December, our water pipe burst in the garage. We had a plumbing plan with Direct Energy, but they would not come before Monday! Who could wait until then with no water? So we checked Homestars, and found the glowing reviews on Flavio. We called him that night at 11:00 pm and he came the very next day. He assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done in the short term. He also explained that we needed a long term solution once the warmer weather arrived. He fixed the leak in the garage, then when we tested it, we found another leak in a hard to reach place under the kitchen sink. He fixed that too. Hours later, we finally had running water again.
