We have had our Canac kitchen cabinets for 10 years now and the quality is abysmal. The insides surfaces are flaking off some of the hinges aren't working (& are not replaceable, according to Canac) the drawers have literally fallen to bits. When we originally bought them, the cabinets were not delivered on time - in fact they were 3 weeks late & held our whole kitchen project up. They were expensive & the quality certainly has not matched the price!

CANAC is a nitemare. Should have gone with any other company. They took 7 months to get me my door handles after they made me pay all fees upfront.
The sales ppl do not provide you with specific pricing on each item you want, they only give you a final price once you have chosen your kitchen, so you never really know what you paid for example for that lazy susan or the glass doors. It was a night mare and I think they are way overpriced for the horrible service I received.

We used Canac on a recomendation in 1995. The in-store staff was great but the delivery people damaged our hardwood floors, the renovators were consistent in not listening to us (they disposed of equipment we wanted to re-use) and the management were also consistent in not answering our calls and getting reparations out of these people was more difficult than getting blood from a stone.

We started to refurbish our kitchen in March 06 and as christmas approaches we have yet to receive the promised completed kitchen we ordered. Terrible service - lots of promises but no action!

We used Canac for our last kitchen. They're prices were good but the service was horrible. I had to argue with the owner for over an hour to get them to properly install my kitchen. They made a number of mistakes. In the end, I was happy with my kitchen but it was a lot of struggle to deal with the service people. The service people in the showroom were awful as well.

Canac did our counters and cabinets for our new home. Installed wrong counter type in kitchen and offered us upgrade on a cabinet in lieu of changing counters. We opted for pot drawers and they installed pull out shelves in one cabinet instead of the full pot drawers they showed us in show room. They also installed a cabinet in the kitchen with a cracked backing and when they came to fix it attempted to paint over crack instead of replacing the cabinet backing. We were not pleased.

We consulted Canac kitchens to design a pantry for our kitchen and quote some costs. We stopped by their showroom in town and the person working there would barely get up from their seat to help us out. We weren't shown a lot of options and were quoted a ridiculously high price. It seemed like they didn't want our business for such a relatively minor project. So we took our business elsewhere.
