Exceptional overall experience with two air conditioning installations (first experience was so great, I referred Button's Heating & Air Conditioning to my mother). In both experiences, the consultation process was detailed...Todd answered all my questions accurately and fairly, no matter what they were. The installation team in both cases were efficient and quick and the finished product truly reflects the exceptional quality that has kept this business in the market for almost half a century.

The best part of both experiences was the teams ability install both units ahead of the delivery date with limited inventory while managing our expectations during the process. Late August we realized that we needed to replace our air conditioner and furnace, called Buttons for a quote. Todd arrived explaining all our options, within a few days once parts were received the crew arrived to install, very professional group especially through Covid. After an initial hardware glitch which the team diagnosed and fixed we were up and running. Best decision to hire this company and choose the units that we did. Both air conditioner and furnace are efficient requiring very little adjusting and both are extremely quiet, if it weren't for the lights on the thermostat you would never know it is on. In July we decided to replace our 22yr old furnace. Buttons installed our A/C 5 yrs ago.
So we called Buttons, Brian came over to the house and gave us his assessment of our needs and options. We settled on a new 2 stage Daikin furnace. A couple weeks later the installers came by and installed it.
Great job, no fuss.
The new furnace is working nicely and much much quieter!

The broiler starts leaking after 5 years and had to be replaced. I had to pay for the labor /installation of a"New" unit $800+. After 2 years "new" unit had to be repaired and I was told the unit is 10 years old model. What a service! Replacing the broken broiler with 10 years old one...

Had furnace maintenance done and a new thermostat installed. The technician was prompt and courteous and answered all of my questions. I previously had a water heater installed by Buttons and was very satisfied with the price and the work

Our water heater sprang a leak just before the weekend. Additionally, the cold water intake shutoff was leaking so we had to turn off all the water to the house. We were unable to get in touch with our previous service provider, and called Button’s heating on a Saturday morning. We were able to reach them immediately, and by Saturday afternoon, Todd had come over, assessed the situation and provided us with a quote. He returned on Sunday morning with a new tank, new copper piping, and a helper, and by 1:00 pm, all the work, including better-than-expected cleanup, was completed. We give them top marks for responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency.
