Our water heater sprang a leak just before the weekend. Additionally, the cold water intake shutoff was leaking so we had to turn off all the water to the house. We were unable to get in touch with our previous service provider, and called Button’s heating on a Saturday morning. We were able to reach them immediately, and by Saturday afternoon, Todd had come over, assessed the situation and provided us with a quote. He returned on Sunday morning with a new tank, new copper piping, and a helper, and by 1:00 pm, all the work, including better-than-expected cleanup, was completed. We give them top marks for responsiveness, professionalism, and efficiency.
