Thanks to Rick at Burglar Stop and the Price's installation crew for all the effort in upgrading our facility alarm system and getting the hardware configured correctly and up and running with the Alarm.com interface. Rick was straight up on the options and the most cost effective changes, and Racscio, John and the other guys (sorry, didn’t catch their names) were excellent to deal with and did a thorough job of the install, even if it ran longer than expected to get it all completed. The alarm.com integration seems to be quite useful and everything appears to be working well.
