I got ripped off by Brothrrs plumbing Ltd
They charged me $450 to replace faucet
Job only last less than 25 min. I call their office to ask why is it $450, he didn't have a justified answer
So I recommend not to used this service look elsewhere. Brother plumbing Ltd Ripped off company.

Brothers Plumbing came over to my single family dwelling home in Etobicoke to help the spring clean up process! They were extraordinary!! Patrick and Johnny showed up to upgrade my garden bib so we can install new irrigation lines for the garden. They also installed and mounted a brand new Gardena Automatic hose reel in the garage!! Now using the garden hose anytime anywhere is such a breeze and super convenient! Brothers Plumbing responded right away to my requests, very professional and timely: Patrick and Johnny did all this in just 15 minutes how is that even possible:))) Highly recommend Brothers Plumbing for all your plumbing and stuff around the house needs!!

I hired Brothers Plumbing to repair the main shut off in the house. This job requires the city of Toronto to come and turn the water off outside of the house. For $90, the city will turn the water off and wait up to 30-45 minutes to turn it back on (once the repair is finished), otherwise they charge $90 x 2.

Jimmy, the plumber, was unable to complete the repair in 30-45 minutes. The copper pipe in the area of the main shut off valve was 5/8", which apparently is very unusual (1/2" or 3/4" is the norm). Jimmy didn't have a 5/8" pipe on the truck and had to go buy one. The city worker, Frank, was angry at Jimmy because he felt Jimmy wasn't upfront that the repair would take more than 30-45 minutes. Even if he had had the pipe, he would have needed more than 30-45 minutes.

Eventually Jimmy completed the job, after Frank had left. Jimmy had a great attitude, answered my messages promptly and is a hard worker but, as Frank noted, appeared to be fresh out of plumbing school (not that there's anything wrong with that).

I would hire Brothers again but I get frustrated when companies come to do a job and don't have the necessary materials. I doubt I'm the only house in Toronto with 5/8" pipe. After some negotiation, I got Brothers to reduce the bill by $90 since they weren't able to complete the repair in the allotted 30-45 minutes, resulting in an extra $90 charge from the city.

Overall Brothers prices are bit on the high side - $475 to repair the main shut off vs what I understand to be a typical Toronto price of $350-450, so it doesn't hurt to negotiate on price - I was able to get a price of $550 for both jobs I had done (second job was a new bathroom plastic sink drain). Next time, I would likely ask for a more experienced plumber to make a somewhat difficult job go more smoothly.

I was having renovation work done in my basement. A pipe going to a hot water radiator up on the first floor suddenly burst due to its age (some place up in the ceiling), and started flooding one if the rooms in the basement. Dayvid and Jimmy of Brothers Plumbing arrived fairly quickly and replaced the broken pipe and installed a new radiator valve. They worked as quickly and efficiently as possible under the circumstances. Before they left, they switched the furnace back on to check that all was operating properly. I am very pleased with Brothers Plumbing and would recommend them, especially to anyone who has a boiler system with the old-fashioned radiators.

I hired brothers plumbing due to an old toilet that failed, they responded exceptionally fast and well orientated. Jimmy streamlined the service without faults or failure. Brothers plumbing is a phenomenal company that I would most definitely recommend.

I needed to have my sewer pipe that connects the street to the home repaired/parts replaced as my home is from the 50's and needed a plumber and contractor that knew what they were doing. I contacted Brothers Plumbing and they had a very fair quote compared to other plumbers and very very knowledgable. What I really liked is that they were able to meet my schedule and start right away. Very professional and friendly plumbers who kept me updated on the repair daily and answered all my questions. Excellent service! We had a flood in our basement from a clogged sanitation pipe on a Sunday! Brothers plumbing arrived 30 min after we called. They removed the toilet and unclogged the sanitation pipe and reinstalled the toilet. Given it was a Sunday we are truly grateful for the prompt response and profesional manner in which the problem was resolved.
