Called for a bin to be delivered to our home for our home renovation. Everyone I spoke to from the company over the phone and the driver were professional and courteous. Ran into a small invoicing issue but they resolved the problem promptly.

Would use this company again next time.

The bin was dropped off the next day after ordering. I was fine with that. We filled it up with the garbage the same day, and two days later we called to have it picked up. We're told that we can have the bin for up to seven days. Nobody showed to pick it up for three weeks. Meanwhile we called two more times and we can't seem to be able to get rid of it. I'm not sure if the police can help but I'll give them a call and ask.

The bin was delivered late, despite being told it would be delivered on the previous day. The bin size was wrong. I ordered a smaller one, but they delivered one twice as big and told me to "fill it up half way". The contents of the bin once the work was done included dirt and sod. That's what I had been given a quote on. Clean fill. Much to my surprise, after they picked up the bin, they charged me an additional $265 for a mixed load (garbage). I called and spoke with "Jessica" who admitted that they had made an error and promised to refund my money that day. Didn't happen. 6 more phone calls, endless excuses, such as "The fellow who signs off on the refunds has been off sick having a medical procedure" ... still no refund. We're now dealing with VISA to take over the dispute. DO NOT use this company. They are dishonest. Zero star rating.

Empty bin delivered Jun 27. Project completed July 10, called for pick-up, told "tomorrow." No pick-up. Called July 10: "tomorrow." Called July 15: "tomorrow." Called July 17: "tomorrow for sure." Emailed July 19 - no response. Called July 20: "today for sure." Called July 21 8:00 am: "within the hour." Called July 21 11:30 am "today." Seriously, these people are messed up - steer clear.

Unprofessional and dishonest! Should not be in the business! They left my driveway damaged with deep scratches and huge oil stain which is not cleanable. We tried everything possible to clean it but it does not go away. They do not take this responsibility at all. Plus, I was shocked when found on my visa an additional charge of $200, although I have not even finished the load, as they picked the bin up early due to miscommunication between their staff. When asked they told I had two bins, had a hard time to convince them to check it out as I only order a bin once on July 18. I am going to file a claim to the Small Court for this unethical conduct of business.

Zero customer service. Rude staff. Promises made that they have no intentions of keeping or fixing. Requested morning delivery but did not receive the bin until late afternoon. Because we have a mutual driveway, same day drop-off and pick-up of bin was ordered and confirmed in advance, but later they said they were just telling us what we wanted to hear and they picked up the bin the following morning at an inconvenience to us and our neighbours.

They hit our car when dropping off the bin..said they would have it repaired and dodged us for a number of says. We had to contact the police...charges pending.Not honest! Not trustworthy!

I ordered a bin and firstly, the delivery was late by a day. They then charged me an extra $90 saying that I exceeded the weight limit ( I ordered by telephone and was not told of any weight restictions). after discussions with the owner we reached an acceptable agreement and they were to credit me a portion of the overcharge. Six months later, and several calls and assurances that they would get back to me and nothing happened. Its unfortunate, all they had to do was honour the agreement. I would never use these guys again

Unreliable dispatch, especially when timing is critical during demolition. Three times they showed up at least two hours late, another time the dispatcher forgot to input a bin exchange request.

I've brought these delays up with them multiple times and they indicate they will "put it in their records". I've not seen any corrective actions for the delays nor do I expect any.

I strongly do not recommend doing business with Blue Environmental Services.
