Don't be trapped. Very bad experience. Ordered the sectional sofa and bed on June 14, when asked for the delivery they replied you will received call after 2 weeks and than after 2 weeks whenever I called them, got replied you will receive call next week after Wednesday. In the sixth week when I call for the status of delivery again they transferred my call to the Evan(I think he is the supervisor there) and he told me the price which we give you was for the one piece of the sectional sofa and as we opened the new store so we did mistake so if you need full sectional sofa than you have to pay extra $321. If you agree than we will deliver it in couple of days. Than after couple of days he asked for $200+tax. Over the phone he said we have sofa in stock and will be delivered right away and when I asked over the email to keep track of communication, and asked for what you are asking $200. He did not replied the answer of this question and replied that we have in stock in Toronto and will be delivered from there. Now from July 23 I called almost everyday or call them. Sometimes they replied we don't have in stock and sometimes yes you will get in few days. They are now just playing with me and get me frustrated so that I cancel my order. The invoice they gave me have only the final amount only (Not priced item wise and no tax on it) and the code of the item who knows the code they are writing is for what. Be careful when you get the invoice, double check what they write on invoice. Don't be trapped.

Less than 3 Years, the dining table wood is chipping, my leather couch is peeling, I bought a warranty for $500 and I AM TOLD this is not covered, I spoke to Rimpa their manager, LEAST HELPFUL.

HORRIBLE QUALITY OF PRODUCT and No AFTER SERVICE.. UNRELIABLE, MANIPULATIVE AND THUGS OF 1ST LEVEL.

I bought a 3 pc sofa set from Bad boy Whitby location 2 years ago. I am having the same issue as the previous reviews. My sofa set is peeling off and I am told by their warranty department that it's not covered. It's a manufacturer detect and it has to be covered under warranty. They charged me over $300 for this 5 years extra coverage. I also have issue with Reclining and that's also declined.

Stay away from purchasing anything from Bad boy. Very poor quality and worst customer service. I feel like I got ripped off. Currently stuck with this peeled off sofa set. Pure waste of my hard work earned money.

One of the worst furniture store in Canada. Their customer service is terrible. Ordered a sofa On May 1st, 2020 and got it delivered on July7th. Even though they charged my credit card right away. Anyhow, the sofa arrived with a hole on the side. It is basically a damaged product. Called the customer service and were on hold for half an hour with no solution. I will recommend people out there to look for an alternative furniture store so that you do not need to go through this kind of hassles.

Stay away from this company.

Read the reviews. Do not expect any sort of good things to come out of your experience with this store! Just move on, don’t be fooled. They should be shut down.

I ordered for an Amana Brand stove online. I paid $600. The product was not delivered to me over 2 months now. I have called BadBoys customer service number of times. Every time, they say the product is not available yet. If the product is not available, then why would they advertise in their website? Our family is so frustrated and tired of calling BadBoys and getting the same answer over and over again. Also they refuse to refund my money. They keep my $600 for 2 months and not delivering my appliance and saying the product is not available yet. I don't know what is wrong with this company. I would never go to BadBoys again in my life and I would never recommend any one to go either.

That was the first and last time i bought something from this place

Ordered something online and 30 minutes later i realized i have ordered the wrong item,
contacted them immediately and asked them to cancel my order.

My order wasn't even proceed yet when i contacted them and asked for refund,

So now it's been more than 2 months, they neither sent me refund or shipped item to me. despite the fact i have contacted them several times.

Decided to resolve this by my credit card company.

We have purchased a love seat and sofa set from Bad Boy in April 2016. The sales lady sold us an added warranty (5 years protection).. The pieces have started peeling severely, sagging and the fabric was torn . We have called Bad Boy several times and opened tickets online too to get a support and they were not willing to make good on the warranty as they say the warranty doesn't cover the fabric !? . We were misled on the 5 year warranty protection plan and they are refusing to honor it. We are extremely upset with their horrible after sales customer service and the poor quality of the products. They are not a credible company and not recommended to shop from them.

I ordered a dishwasher 27 days ago. Our understanding on line was that we would receive it in 2 to 3 days. Website promises “You can email ordersupport@nooobody.com and we are committed to getting back to you within 24 business hours” I was promised a manager would contact me 10 days ago. Website is misleading and service is awful. Be very aware.

This company is so unprofessional and agents are rude, it’s like that don’t want to help you after they made a mistake, I would recommend you not to buy anything from here!!!!!! So unprofessional it unbelievable
