No tax event, online order

They advertise no tax event and I put my order online for a Danby 10.1 cubic feet refrigerator. They already charged my credit card within 3 days and after 30 days still I have not received my order. When I called them they said the order is non-cancellable and badboy is using my money to run their business. On their website still product is showing available. My question is if product is available then why are you not delivering. Very poor customer service. They induce people by no tax, web special events and locked the customer. Please do not buy any product online or from store unless they guarantee you delivery on a specific date. Hope this will help other customers.

London store return policy-no refund only Exchange !!!

Beware of policies which are guided by “bad boy London store” 1040 Wharncliffe road. If you buy anything from them you are not allowed to return and receive your mony, there is no exchange policy to receive your money back for what you paid. They are not disclosing this absolutely and they using a third-party to deliver your product which are not allowed to do anything when they removing your appliances. Contacted several people not very polite service finally had a chance to speak to Richard sales manager who made you feel like a little man, that you did buying from them. He will not give you money back only if you agree to 25% restocking. I still can’t believe people like this exist, beware of shopping there they are not your people. They always refer to the policy to exchange not returning your money. Store full of appliances but none of them you can buy because they don’t have stock and a salesman wouldn’t even know what he’s got when he doesn’t without long search.

Freezer delivered with damage

When I call customer service to report damage to freezer when delivered they keep hanging up on me. They don't want to deal with issues at all. Seems they just want your money only. STAY AWAY FROM BAD BOY. Try anyone else but Bad Boy. Bad reviews allover the web

Horrible Customer Service and not honouring warranty

We purchased a three piece sectional with the comprehensive “Solid Gold” warranty in April 2019. Within a few weeks of getting it we had a service person com look because there was an issue with the corner seat. He took pictures and said he would note it. I was never able to get any word back on that call.
Fast forward to June 8, 2020. The fabric under the couches was falling down, there were small tears in the fabric from sitting on the couch abs the centre seat was still warped, we called to make a claim. We were hung up on SEVERAL TIMES. We emailed the pictures and our concerns to social@nooobody.com it took 4 weeks for any acknowledgement. We kept calling and was hung up on, put through to a “manager” who doesn’t return calls or all together treated rudely by the people who are supposed to help. SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 they finally pick up the couch. October 8 they return them and they only fixed the fabric underneath. We refused delivery and the kind delivery drivers took photos of the defects. I spoke to a customer service agent who was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She stated that they strictly go by the brochure and our issues aren’t covered. And she inferred that the stores mislead customers to make the sale. I have a copy of the brochure and my issues are covered. All of them. They will not answer their phones and we continually get hung up on. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I still don’t know where my couch is and if it is going to be fixed or not. I am prepared to file a Statement of Claim for this.

Buyer be aware - horrible customer service, refuse to refund

Please be aware that this company is horrible - just check other sites for similar feedback. It was my first time ordering from them and it has been a nightmare. I cancelled my order soon after I received bad customer service as this experience led me to be certain that this is not a company I want to invest my money in - bad customer service and failure to provide a date for the arrival of the product is a no no for me. After multiple follow ups and calls they still refuse to refund me. In fact they are not trying to speed up the delivery so they don’t refund me. Horrible and shady customer service.

Very poor customer service, protection plan isn't worth the paper it is printed on

Stop! Don't deal with Bad Boy's, nothing but bad experiences await you.

Edited for more recent experiences - don't deal with this place if you value customer service!

I've seen the recent influx of one star reviews, and was a bit perplexed, as I've dealt with this location extensively in the past - purchased numerous appliances through them ( 2 fridges, 3 ranges, 3 washers, 3 dryers and a dishwasher ). Never had an issue in the past. As I was looking for appliances again, I did my research, price shopped, then went back the Lastman's as I intended to give them my business. Other big box stores were doing "no tax on two or more appliances" deals this weekend, and I was asking if they could match. It's all fine if they can't match, but I was told that the manager said "well, anyone can say they're doing that". I went back to a different big box store and proceeded to save over $700. Needless to say, I will not be taking any more of my business to them - it's one thing to not be able to match the deal, it's quite another to disrespect a repeat customer of many years.

Edit : Their complete lack of customer service is well indicated by the copy and paste response to all of their reviews. Look at any negative review and it will have the same response, to email with the sales bill... Except in my case, there is none this time - and never will be again.

Edit on September 24th 2020 - It looks like it never ends. I was unfortunate enough to have a door seal on one of the washers go bad. Good thing I purchased Solid Gold protection plan that means I it would be fixed free of charge, right? Wrong, after over a week of them ignoring my calls, I ended up paying for the repair myself. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back for the protection plans for all of the appliances listed in the original review - their protection plan is clearly in place only for if it's not needed. I wish Google would let me leave additional reviews so this would show up on top.

Kitchen appliance online

I ordered a kitchen appliance on August 2, 2020. When ordering there was no information that the appliance is not available, not even in the order confirmation. Almost a week later I got a notification that the item is expected to be in stock mid-August - first indication that they're selling what they don't actually have!
Mid-August came and passed, and still no appliance.... so about 20th I called again (waiting another hour for an agent) and I was told that they're coming September 2, 2020. Today is September 3, 2020 and no appliance yet, plus that for the last 72 minutes I'm waiting on the phone to speak with an agent - and I keep waiting because they already have my money from a month ago when I paid.
Should I have known that they don't have the item in stock I would have thought twice about giving them my money for them to not deliver.... Never buying from Bad Boy ever again!

No service after Sales

Stop ! Stop ! Stop ! , Read my story before you go to Last man Badboys.

I bough sofa from this store last year and bought extra warranty as well , unfortunately my sofa became defective within a year. I had to send it to the manufacturer to fix it although they pick it up , It was one and half months before but i am still not getting any response from them about the status of my sofa. I went to store few times to inquire also called many times to their warranty department but no response at all . I have been without my sofa for almost one and half months.
This is my first purchase with his store in my entire life and unfortunately it is not pleasant. The worst thing is despite of visiting store regarding the problem and despite of calling them they don't care at all. I would conclude it by saying " At the time of sale everyone around you but at time of service after sales everyone will be away from you".

They take the money, then never deliver

Ordered livingroom furniture May 16, 2020 and paid in full. Was told delivery would be end of June. I called in June and was told end of July, so I asked for a refund and was told no. They do not give refunds. Called in July, was told mid August. Called today, was told mid September.
DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY! They take your money, then never contact you again.

Horrible Manager

Waiting for a freezer for around 3 month. Manager keeps postponing the Dlv day weeks after weeks. No product and no refund. Trying to blame on his salesman who was so honst with me. Mississauga manager is misleading customers
