I CANNOT stress this enough- DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE!
You will be sold a product that is doomed to fail and they will push their "excellent" warranty on you. When it comes time to have them honour your warranty you will have to deal with the customer service department that will make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to arrange to have your product warrantied. One CSR actually stopped emailing me and I had to reach out on social media to get an answer from her manager. *cough* ISHRANI *cough* TERRIBLE!!!!!! They will do anything in their power to come up with an excuse to further delay anything getting done.
Do yourself a favour- shop literally ANYWHERE else. I've complained to someone else who had a similar issue and the first question out of their mouth was "did you have to deal with Ishrani?" They should be embarrassed. This is terrible. They currently have numerous unresolved issues with The Better Business Bureau and delete every single negative comment off of their social media pages.
