Bought a TV online March 17 wanting to pick up in store next day, as it was going to be a birthday gift for my daughter. I checked the box that said store pickup, but after I paid it said delivery to my home address. I received an email and it had both delivery and store pickup. I promptly emailed Bad Boy and was told it would be 48 business hours before order completed. (the money was taken out of my account immediately). This was not stated online before I paid my money. If I bought at Best Buy online you can pickup same day. Now I miss the Birthday gift.

I emailed back to see if they could cancel the order and I would go back to the store and purchase, but they did not respond.
I have purchased other items at Bad Boy and had issues, but after may emails back and forth I finally got a satisfactory resolve, so I thought I would give them another try.
Not a good idea.
Their customer service is all about them and not the customer.
They need to better define the terms before you pay your money and not afterwards.
If I bought at Best Buy I would have it now, not the middle of next week!!!
