Purchase custom design sofa and was talked into warranty covering everything which was backed by manager. Now have problem and it starting from technician onward terrible. Technician said problem was how cushion was made and it which was an upgrade. Told service it was wear and tear when nothing else is worn. Never got a response after tech came out. Asked three times for customer service manager to call and nobody called back. When called to complain did speak to a manage but they did not state they were one and pretended to be a regular service agent. Told that wear and tear is not covered when that is not what we were told by sales manager and associate. Told to contact store which put us back to service. Then wanted higher up to put in complaint about terrible service and being told incorrect information and told that the customer service department does not handle complaints. So who Do we talk to? The store. Called the store twice now after the first run around and asked to speak to a manager. Was on hold the first time for forty five minutes to be told he was busy and would call back. Two days later no phone call and told the same thing. Apparently backing their product and customer service is not a priority. Very disappointed and will be telling everyone not to shop. Would never bought the two hundred dollar warranty if not assured it covers everything. Now nobody wants to help. Terrible customer service from all ends. It's our fault we got tricked into trusting a sales associate and manager for their word. no honesty here.
