Service/Repairs on Washing Machine

Bad Boy asked me to contact their online site and to pass along information regarding my issues. After thinking it over I did...what the heck right? Maybe there is someone in the organization that would actually get back to me.
I received an E-mail from Lastma on August 5th explaining that the issue will be looked into and I should hear back "usually with in 24 hours".
I have yet to hear from anyone. Not a big surprise.
All I can say is, learn from me and stay away.

It's July 22, 2015 now and I have been waiting over 3 months trying to get my machine repaired. The first service call was made April 9, 2015 and I'm within the extended warranty period.
I have called for service approximately 4 times during the 3 months, and have had close to 10 service calls to the house (parts were required that the repair company had to order thus creating extra trips to the house).
I have had a second repair company come out to give Bad Boy a second opinion on the machine and now have a second repair company coming out to make more repairs.
Upon asking to speak with the service manager 4 times in 3 months (and being told I will receive a call within 48 hours on two occasions) I have only received one call (and I believe this is because I went back to the store to complain to the store manager in person).
I have had to go back to the Burlington store twice (using vacation time from work) to speak with the store manager to try and get answers regarding service, only once did it result in a phone call.
What bothers me most is that my ONLY request from the store and service department was to keep me informed. It takes and costs very little to leave me a message to say "we contacted the repair company and they will be in touch" or "the second opinion came back and your machine is still fixable, we will send them out for repairs". Instead you get nothing from anyone and you spend your time chasing down answers.
Bad Boy advertises they are #1 in service...please keep in mind this only references their sales service, nothing more.
