I bought a fridge at Bad Boy in May 2013. April 29, 2015, I called about the broken ice maker. Repairman came over. Replaced the ice maker. Not only did it still not work, the fridge does not cool. Five repairs later, numerous calls and messages to customer service, fridge still does not work. Solid Gold Warranty is crap. You can't get them to call you back let alone replace the fridge after "3 repairs for the same problem." Disgusted. NEVER, ever experienced worse customer service. Did I mention this is a $3,000.00 fridge ?!?! NEver, will I ever buy anything from them again.
