Lastman's Bad Boy Superstore

Bought genuine leather sofas and was sold the gold warranty to protect my investment. The sofa and loveseat started peeling and cracking during warranty period. When I called the warranty department, they said this is not covered in warranty. Papers indicate clearly that this is covered. However service warranty department is refusing to honor the warranty and provide repairs or replaced on the sofas. I paid 270 separately for warranty.
