Only quoted for what needed to be done. Only needed a portion of roof fixed and they did not try to convince me that the entire roof needed to be done.

They Came when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner. They kept the job site clean of all debris. They showed pictures of all boards that needed replacing.
I was satisfied with the result.

My terrace had a water leaking problem. Avenue Road Roofing did the project for repairing. All the workers were responsible and did a very good job. Now the terrace looks beautiful and no more leaking. I am happy with their work.

In our 9 unit townhouse complex we had a serious ice buildup issue due to a flawed roof drainage design for over 10 years. The consultant and the supervisor were able to solve the issue and the crew did a professional installation job. They also performed misc roofing, siding and metal work repairs. Very happy.

Avenue Road Roofing did a great job, from getting a detail quote with the job explained (from Elias), to getting the work organized (Jason), and job inspections at various stages by supervisors (Fergus & another supervisor). There were some marks on the roof and shingle material seems to have come off, Fergus understood my concern and have them rectified. I am also very impressed that Tony (aluminum supervisor) saw that the original design was not right and took the initiative to moving the downpipe to the side so that it is out of the way. Don't expect the cheapest job from Avenue Roofing, but they did a superb job. Thank you Avenue Roofing crew

We are thrilled with the job, and professional finish that Avenue Road Roofing did at our home. Each section of the job was seamless and reviewed by a supervisor. They are obviously busy, so expect start dates to move from original estimates. Regardless, we would recommend ARR without question, as they made sure even the small details were looked after. Yesterday three men arrived to put up beautiful new white downspouts and gutters. They were all friendly, courteous and worked hard. They offered to move the truck so my neighbour's son could get into her parking pad. They answered my questions and reassured me that they would replace any rotten wood found up there. Before all this happened Tony was over to give the project the once over and phoned to assess my satisfaction with the work. House looks great. Leaf guards put in also. Tony also came by the day after the installation but I happened to be out. Excellent service all round.

One of my neighbours mentioned that I had a shingle sitting in the eavestrough of my 3 storey townhouse (on a side I don't have windows). I contacted Avenue Road Roofing because they installed the roof in 2016. Kaz and Joe came out on Saturday morning to do the repair. Turns out one shingle had come off from the mansard side of the roof (near the top). A few nails and some caulking later, the shingle was back in place. This is why I went with Avenue Road Roofing. They will come out and do checks/repairs when asked. Thank you!

In 2016 I got my roof redone by ARR and this year I am selling my house. The home inspector said there was a roof issue.
I called ARR and they came out and inspected (Kas & Joe - super nice guys).
After a thorough attic inspection and pictures to support the situation, the inspector was satisfied and my home sale can go through.

Let's start with "would i recommend Avenue Road Roofing"? Absolutely, this is actually my third time working with them and a review is overdue.

This project was a replacement of an existing eaves system. Upgrading to the Rainpro system. Communication with Elias to get a quote, Jason to book the work and Tony to supervise the work; was professional from beginning to end.

They considered not only the functionality but the aesthetics. Making sure the new eaves looked great and performed exceptionally.

Great decision to go with Avenue for this job!
