Our fridge was louder than a roadside construction site. I called Aubrey and he returned within a half an hour and arranged a time frame to come by that worked for my schedule. He took me through the entire process as he worked so I would have a better understanding of my fridge. Some of the tips I can easily do myself the next time.
Aubrey was congenial, respectful, and charming. He worked fast while still being careful to take things step by step. He's also a very dapper dresser! I'd definitely recommend him.
