After meeting half a dozen companies to help us with out basement dig-out we chose True North. Daniel was approachable, calm, professional and took the time to run us through everything we were about to go through. Our dig-out had the extra complexity of a heated floor so understanding everything that was happening was important to us. He was alway willing to answer any and all questions and address any concerns. During the work his team were hard-working, friendly and totally professional, keeping us informed and adapting to surprises while filling us in along the way. They were also very funny (!), which helped to lighten the stress. Daniel was also very helpful with things that weren't;t in our contract. For example, he helped us arrange for architectural drawings and facilitated the permit process when we were unsure how to go about it all. And the work was impeccable. We now have a spacious basement with much more height than expected.

After removing a bent, broken and rusted backyard fence at the back of our yard our neighbour insisted that it be replaced - FAST! First Choice Fence answered the call and came to survey the project within a few days. They got back to us with an affordable estimate and worked the job into their packed schedule to help us solve the problem quickly with twenty feet of new fencing. The work itself was done quickly and efficiently with my budget in mind. They were also completely respectful of my neighbour's concerns - they had to access the site through his driveway - and cleaned up after themselves. The team was polite, efficient, and did everything they promised to do super fast. We are more than satisfied.

Very professional over phone. Arrived on time and loaded things up fast. Turns out much of the price was based on the room it took up in their truck so the quote was lower than the end price. But it's hard to quote properly without actually seeing everything we wanted moved beforehand. Glad I had some extra cash on hand. Very satisfied.

Our fridge was louder than a roadside construction site. I called Aubrey and he returned within a half an hour and arranged a time frame to come by that worked for my schedule. He took me through the entire process as he worked so I would have a better understanding of my fridge. Some of the tips I can easily do myself the next time. Aubrey was congenial, respectful, and charming. He worked fast while still being careful to take things step by step. He's also a very dapper dresser! I'd definitely recommend him.

After buying our new home it was a relief to have it professionally cleaned before our move in day. Dave toured the home and asked what our priorities were and offered numerous tips. In four or five hours he did an amazing pass through the entire home. We do wish he had taken a bit more time with our priority areas, which required follow up cleaning from us, but for the most part he delivered as promised.

As a first time homeowner I appreciated how highly regarded Jason and company were by trusted friends. Took me through every aspect of what was needed and allowed me time to digest and ask questions. Finished the job in 1 day (with a quick trip back for a final to the awning at the front of the house. Most importantly, they were extremely consciencious and protective of my neighbors property and cleaned up thoroughly. A top of the line company that really cares about what they do and your satisfaction. Be patient. They are so darn busy it can take some time to get back to you for a consultation.
