My 3 yr. old air conditioner would not run. It would come on, then abruptly stop, then start again and on & on. I called Atlas care and a
technician came the following day to assess the situation. He determined that there was a leak and thus the pressure was either too low or too high causing the machine to shut off til pressure readjusted then come back on. Unfortunately he was not able to determine the source of the leak and another technician trained in leak testing using a highly sensitive monitor came a few days later, executed the test and found the leak and repaired it. As the coolant was topped up the pressure then was too high and once again the AC cut out. I called the office again and immediately they offered an appt with the same technician along with his supervisor to reassess the problem. They came quickly and corrected the problem ….were always courteous and friendly . Very professional and explained everything that they were doing and what had happened etc. I am very impressed with Atlas care , their office personnel and their technicians. I look forward to having them care for my heating and cooling needs.
